  • Global - Lead Product Designer

    Led product design for an omni-channel product, managing a team of six. Boosted efficiency with design and AI tools, delivering features that enhanced user acquisition, engagement and retention. Introduced career frameworks and collaborated with leadership to align design with business goals.

  • Busuu - Lead Product Designer

    Built and managed an international Product Design team for global B2C and B2B markets. Shaped product strategy with C-Suite, enhanced accessibility to a 90% AA rating, and implemented a design system for consistency and efficiency. Introduced research repositories and high-performing processes to support teams and inform business decisions.

  • Papier - Lead Product Designer

    Managed and grew a Product Design team in a fast-scaling business. Shaped design direction, developed product strategy with the CPO, and improved processes for design and research. Led hands-on feature development and research to enhance customer insights and drive product confidence.

  • Photobox - Lead Product Designer

    Led Product Design for the retail journey and product creation, managing a small team while mentoring across the wider design team. Established and scaled a design system used by engineering and marketing, and delivered high-performing features across the user experience.

  • Zoopla - Senior Product Designer

    Led a full redesign of the Zoopla experience across all platforms, creating a scalable design system for Product and Marketing. Collaborated with Marketing to evolve the brand and ran extensive research to deepen understanding of diverse customer archetypes.
